IH3 and ZenLightBox issue

I am using Zencart 1.3.9h - IH3 and the most recent download of Zen Lightbox.

I installed IH3...everything working fine.
I installed ZenLight box, followed the instructions, replaced the additional_images. php appropriately and installed the SQL line.

ZenLightBox does show up properly in my Zen>admin>Config pulldown menu...however, it does not seem to be doing it's thing on my website. Any help would be much appreciated.

when i click on the large picture it works fine here in Opera 11.5

I can't test in IE as your main page crashes IE for me, you may want to look at optimising the image in slideshow on the mainpage as they are around 250kbs each

works fine in FF6. Though your site apears to be very slow loading
