Category Description Missing in Firefox

Hello. I am having a strange issue, when I browse my store with Firefox the category description is missing. In its place it seems to have elongated the container. It still shows the picture just fine, and the page loads fine in Chrome and IE 8. I searched through the FAQs and the forum and was unable to find anything.

Another issue is with products that do not have a description, the Add to Cart button is missing. Found some other threads generally speaking about the button being missing, and I applied the fixes they spoke of to no avail. Store is in normal mode, and is set to show the Add to Cart button in configuration.

Correction, looks like the description is missing in Chrome as well.

Also want to add that the description is in a sub category. Descriptions for top level categories seem to display just fine.
