Hi - thinking about zen cart

Hello all.

A few questions.

1. Is Zen cart free? If not, where can I find a price sheet?

2. I have a basic HTML-based site, and am looking to provide unique links to my customers, when they purchase a digital d/l via paypal. The links would be unique to each customer, and would reference the same group of .rar files that reside on my server. I think I am looking at server-side scripting... can I do this with Zen Cart?

3. Does anyone know of any sites that use Zen Cart, so I can see what it looks like in action?

Thank you!

The underlying software is provided under the terms of OpenSource licensing - meaning that you do not have to pay for it.

Anyone can download a copy of the software and use it any way they wish. The more skilled you are, the more innovative your options as to how to use it.

In reply to number 2)

My wife sells patterns online, and each customer is given a link that is unique to them (download by redirect) as in Linux know that /asdkgfahghj/noodle.pdf means /secret download location/noodle,pdf so the customer will receive their own unique download link.
