ZC for a Real Estate site?

Has anyone used ZC as a real estate (property) website?

If so, I would appreciate some feedback, if possible with links to live sites.

Just my three cents...

Seems a LOT like a square in a round hole. YES I supposed you could modify the snot out of Zen Cart to make a real estate site with it.. The question is WHY when there are other platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal) with real estate modules which will better support/suit the needs of a real estate site without having to walk down the "let's create a custom mod" road..

I'm more a fan of matching a solution to a problem that requires the LEAST amount of fuss.. Modifying Zen Cart to make a real estate site doesn't sound like that..

It was a curiosity from my side some 2 years ago after being asked by a friend - surprised this thread has been warmed up again after all that time. :huh:
