1 Authorize.net Order Did not show up in cart admin

I upgraded to v 1.3.9H.

I have been getting lots of orders, all going through fine.

Today, I got a receipt email from authorize.net and someone made a purchase from me, but the order did not populate on the zen cart admin.

There is no record of the order in zen cart.

I tried to duplicate the problem, and it wont. I turned authorize.net's bebug mode on, and made a purchase through authorize.net and paypal and they both went through fine and the order came through to zencart.

What do you think might have happened? Just a temporary glitch?

No help?

Also just now an order went through one time, but was charged two times on authorize .net? Any clues for this?

Not a lot we can do when the problem only happened once, and we would have to buy something to test things.

The second issue would sound to me like something you would want to ask authorize.net about. Most payment modules are set up not to charge the card twice if the customer gets impatient and clicks the button a second time.

It happened again where the customer was charged 2 times, and only one showed up in zen cart, but there should have only been one charge. Any insight on this?
