Popup Image Will Not Work!!!

I was trying to install the Image Handler 3 and of course it did not work, because I did not install it correctly, so I uninstalled it all and now my regular popup image does not work. It opens but the picture does not show. I did a backup of my site first before installing the Image Handler, but when I tried to use it to regain my site back to what it had been, it contained the most current change that was made to the header_php.php file in the popup_images folder, so I do not know how to get the image in the popup working again. Any ideas?

I think you need to Reinstall the Cart. You should always try and make a backup of your current store before you make any new installations. That way you will have your store up and running again in no time, if something should go wrong.

That is what I do not get. I did do a backup before I installed the Image Handler 3. When I went to download the backup I made in my cPanel, the file that I was looking for was updated to the new ones from the Image Handler 3, which was the header_php.php, so I could not just replace what was overridden.

If I reinstall Zen Cart will I lose what I've done as far as importing products and adding pricing and quantity?

You shouldn't need to reinstall the cart, unless you have done something really really bizarre and installing image handler won't cause that

How did you uninstall image handler?
Did you use the uninstall button in admin? or did you just delete files,

A link to your site would help, also you need to figure out what files were overwritten by image handler

you should just be able to get the files that were overwritten from a zip of zencart that you download

Image handler overwrites 6 files including

includes\modules\pages\popup_image_additional\header_php.php
includes\modules\pages\popup_image\header_php.php

So just download a copy of zencart that matches your version and replace these files with the ones from the package

If you have problems installing image handler 3 ask in the thread, as it is fairly simple if you follow the instructions, the main issue we have is that people think some of the files in Imagehandler are optional

nigelt74, I was able to override the exact files you were talking about by doing just what you said.

Well, I installed Image Handler 3 exactly how it said, but when I would go to my site it would not load, so I just deleted all the files individually (wasn't sure how else to delete it all). I tried again and it did the same thing, so I just gave up. I'll check out the thread and see what i'm doing wrong.
