Advanced Cross Sell Causing Error with "All Products" Link After Upgrade

After upgrading to Zen-Cart 1.3.9h -- I now get this error when I click on the "All Products" link:

1109 Unknown table 'p' in field list
in:
[select count(p.products_id) as total ]

When I do a search for this in the Developers Toolkit -- it shows up in the Cross Sell Advanced module:

/admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/xsell_advanced.php

I'm using Revision 185 of the add-on.

Any ideas on how to address this? I don't see any newer versions that fix this.
