Category Name Cannot Be Displayed

Hi,
Was trying to figure out why my category name cannot be displayed after i have created it, but the sub-category is able to displayed. please see the pic below:

If you go to:

ADMIN >>> CATALOG >>> CATEGORIES/PRODUCTS...

Do you have CATEGORIES and PRODUCTS showing at the same "level"?

How did you LOAD the category and product data into your site?

My advice would be, just DELETE all products and categories, and start again.
