display half % on Specials price

Hi i have a customer that needs the to display half a percent on the product page.

so for example they set the special price to be deducted by 20.5% they need it to display this

at the moment this is not the case, it just displays it as 20%

is it possible to display the .5% ??

any help would be appreciated.
