Assistance with place icons in footer

Hi.

I'm struggling with placing some icons(CCs, facebook, twitter & my GEOTrust seal). I want these to be in the footer aligned neatly to the right.

Here's what it looks like now...Keep in mind I haven't grabbed a twitter icon so that's missing and I'm still working out the details for the seal.

I've combed through many posts about placing all sorts of things in the footer but none are at my level of understanding enough to allow me to work from the info given.

Your new links/icons have no identifier to enable them to be handled differently from the rest. How are you putting them in the footer? Manual HTML code in the tpl file? If so, add class="footerIcon" to each <a> or <script> tag, and you can style them in your stylesheet. If you use float: right; remember that the first one in line will be farthest to the right.

Alternatively, you could wrap a div with id around all of the icons, and style that to float right.

That was my first instinct but it always dropped the icons below the adjacent row. I found that if I left it within the ezpages links it didn't do that. But then of course, they don't get place where I want them.

Right, that div would need to be before the rest of the links so it would float to the top of the footerbar.
