Custom Templates/Pages Not Rendering after Upgrade

We migrated our existing Zen Cart code to a new server, then performed an Upgrade using the zc_install directory.

The upgrade was performed smoothly, but now none of our custom pages are getting rendered. The landing (home) page is rendered with the custom templates so it uses our designs, but when we click on any of the links to get to a custom page we've created, we get a 404 Error.

Is there some type of setting I may have missed when migrating? The custom template files that are used to generate the custom pages ARE all in the proper directories, and the upgrade did not overwrite any of our custom template directories.

It's almost as though Zen Cart doesn't know where to look to build the pages any longer.

Thanks for your insight.

http://d3941166.u219.echazen.net/ is the testing server we're trying to get configured.

Thanks,

What happens if you turn off your URL re-writing mod ?

Also, looking at your title, it looks like meta_tags.php is missing or corrupted.

Re: Custom Templates/Pages Not Rendering after Upgrade

I'm tracking down the meta_tags.php issue now. Perhaps that will help.

With regard to the URL re-writing mod, I navigated to the Admin->Configuration->SEO URLs and disabled everything so it shows "false" on all lines. Is that what you were referring to?

Re: Custom Templates/Pages Not Rendering after Upgrade

I fixed the meta_tags.php file so the issue stevesh mentioned is now resolved.

However, we still cannot get any of the custom pages to render.

Thanks,
Derrick

Re: Custom Templates/Pages Not Rendering after Upgrade

I should probably mention that I did NOT do any of the customizations. I'm merely migrating the site to a new server and performing the upgrade. While I understand the basics of how Zen Cart works, there must be a file or setting or something somewhere that needs to be changed.

I just don't know where to look to find it and could use some suggestions.

Thanks,
Derrick

I don't use URL rewriting software, so I don't know exactly what you'll need to do to turn it off, but it seems to still be on now.

Your Contact Us ink leads to a page that says you've been hacked.

Re: Custom Templates/Pages Not Rendering after Upgrade

Yep. That takes you to the old server. The URL is hard coded on that link it looks like.

We're going to do a clean install and start over. We'll import the products, etc. by hand once we've done that and update the templates.

Not really sure what else to do at this point as the mod-rewrite seems to persist no matter what we've tried.

Thanks everyone for your help.
