Large image window decoration

When my large window is opened (1.3.7)

there is an address to the image shown on the top and note javascript:window.close() on the bottom.

Is it possible to hide both and just have frame?

Or have there button "close window"?

Is this function of Admin or editing some pages in template?

Any leads will be appreciated?

Eventually is not soon enough - versions prior to 1.3.9 are vulnerable to some serious exploits. You are at risk of being hacked.
