Upgraded from 1.3.8b to 1.3.9H ok

I have upgraded from 1.3.8b to the newest 1.3.9h
It seems working and it was easier than i had supposed to.

But it's not really clear to me what is changed from the previous 1.3.8x version.
I can't see any new feature... is it so?

Presuming you downloaded the Zip file of 1.3.9h to your computer, there should be a dir. named 'docs' which contains all changes.

The learning is in the doing.
