Lost my page formatting

Our cart has been stable for over a year but after a recent server crash we restored from a one month old backup (just the PHP) and now we seem to have lost all our template and formatting.

The databases seem to be intact but the formatting is all gone.

I'm sure it's something simple I'm missing. I would be very grateful for anyone pro that could take a look and give me a lead on how to restore it back.

It sure looks like a permissions issue. Access to the stylesheet is not being allowed. Does your host provide cPanel? If so, log in there and then log in to legacy file manager and check the permissions for the template/YOUR_TEMPLATE/css folder and the stylesheet.css file. Should be 755 and 644.

Resco, thanks for the lead I looked at the permissions and they are both set to what you recommend. The frustrating part is I have two other Zencarts running on the same server and same public_html folder and they are running great. Different databases of course

I had this problem with the admin stylesheet on one of my sites, and could never figure it out. I finally gave up, contacted my host, and they fixed it. I guess it was a configuration setting somewhere.

I'm getting:

403 Permission Denied
You do not have permission for this request /cart/includes/templates/themainentree/css/stylesheet.css

First make certain the stylesheet exists. If not and you have a copy, upload it and see if that makes a difference. Otherwise, see if your host can help.

I have the request into my host and hope they come up with something. My CSS is there and has the correct permissions I eve copied over it with good known copy.

Just to be certain, did you check the permissions in cPanel or using an FTP client? Sometimes updating them with an FTP client doesn't work, and that must be done in file manager through cPanel.
