Removing items from admin>config

I am using version 1-3-9-h.

I tried these two addon modules:

Reward Point Full Suite
Twenga Feed Export & Sales Tracking

They both installed fine, but I have decided that they are not for me.

I followed the uninstall instructions for both (removed files, ran mysql etc) but they are both still listed under admin>configuration.

Click on either and it takes you to the page where you should be able to change details but there is only the name no delete button etc.

I tried reinstalling and uninstalling Reward Point Full Suite a couple of times and it is actually now listed 3 times in admin>config.

Any ideas what I can do to remove them from the list.
