Another Google Merchant Feed Center question

Hello everyone, i have been recently hired to work over a zen cart site, and i was asked to make it so that the site's feed uploads on google merchant. I'm running a 1.3.8 version of zen cart, and i installed the Google Merchant Feed Center plugin correctly, it does create the xml file, but when i upload it into the google merchant account it shows no product, and actually into the xml file there is nothing else than this:

• <rss version="2.0" xmlns:g="http://base.google.com/ns/1.0">
• <channel> <title>Abaco Shop</title> <link>http://shop.abacoinformatica.com</link> <description /> </channel> </rss>

how do i fix this?

Try turning on the debug option in the Configuration. Then create another feed limiting it to just a few items (if there are a ton of products in your store). Then watch the feed creation process in the popup window.

Most likely it will tell you what's up.

Maybe it's that the "Include Zero Quantity" is set to false, if you're not using inventory levels in your store.
