Layout of Attributes

Not sure why but on a product listing page when there are
2 Attribute fields they align correctly, as soon as there are more than 2 Attributes they move all over the page.

I thought that editing the CSS file would work for the whole page, however this does not seem to be the case? Any thoughts on what is wrong?

We can't examine your site to diagnose the problem, as it's in an iframe. Placing a site in a frame can cause problems with payment processors, too.

You have a large top margin for select elements, and large top and bottom margins for h4.optionName elements. When those are set to 0, the formatting goes back to normal.

Because your Zen Cart is set inside an iframe, it is hard to check closer than that. Having the checkout in an iframe will most likely cause any payment methods to fail, as they can be used for fraud and are frowned on by payment processors.
