Missing filename....??????? Please Help...

I am selling downloadable products only. I've gone through everything exactly as about a dozen youtube videos I've watched. When I look in the download manager, I have RED dots instead of green and it says "missing file name".

My files are zipped and I am naming them the exact way they are named. EX.. BabyBoy.zip is how I named and moved in filezilla so I'm naming BabyBoy.zip when giving attribute. I even tried BabyBoy.zip.zip since I saw it did that once it moved over (added a .zip to my already .zip).

Please help or direct me to the nearest bridge so I can jump off of it!!:cry:

In your admin configure.php, what is DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD set to, and why is it not the same as DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD in your non-admin configure.php file?
Same with DIR_FS_CATALOG

You must use your FTP program to access the files on your server.

I should also mention that I don't even know what any of that means... :cry:

My FTP server is Filezilla, so you're saying go into filezilla and look for it?

I have opened Filezilla but still do not see what you want me to look for.. can you tell me where to look?
