There is nothing to become a "member" of. (Though donations to the Zen Cart project https://www.zen-cart.com/donate are always welcome.) Being helped depends on asking clear questions with enough information for us to understand your problem, and the question being relevant to Zen Cart, and following good advice already given to you.
