How to remove products name flyout during mouseover?

If you go to http://skippypages.com/zen-cart-v1.3.9h-full-fileset-10262010/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1080 and mouseover any item you will notice

1. a larger image pops up with the product name in the upper left of the image box

2. a flyout with the products name in a separate box

I am trying to remove the 2nd flyout. I have found where I can take out products_name in the includes>modules>your_template>product_listing.php but the problem is that it also removes the text noted in #1 above which I would like to keep.

Any suggestions on what I'm missing?

The second "flyout" is something your browser does. It is reading the ALT tag in your <img src> code in the html.

Zencart automatically puts the product title into these ALT tags, when it builds the page.

You cannot "easily" stop this from happening. To stop the generation of ALT tags is not advised as they:

1. Are needed to validate your HTML
2. Search engines may penalise you for not using them
3. They are needed by blind people, who are likely to have special software on their computers that "read out" the alt tag of an image when they hover over it. As they can't SEE the image, their software speaks out whatever is in the alt tag.

In the UK, you would be breaking the law (Disability Discrimination Act) if your software fails to work for disabled people...

Maybe I should explain my reason for wanting to remove it, and you may be able to offer other creative suggestions.

It seems to flyout for about 5 seconds, and sometimes it may cover an important part of the image. Would there be a simple way to reduce the flyout time or the size?
