How do I change the Categories sidebox header?

I'm sure this is an easy question, I just can't find out where the "Categories" header text on the category sidebox is. I'd like it to read "Rental Categories" instead of "Categories". Thanks in advance.

includes/languages/english.php

Save the edited file to includes/languages/YOUR_TEMPLATE
