Am I able to install dropdown selection boxes within a product ?

Hi all,
Newb to the forums here. My name is Craig and I run a small promotional item business in Western Australia.

I am currently using Zen-Cart v1.3.9a and would like to know the following:

I am trying to setup listings on my website (www.1uppromotions.com.au) for the t-shirts listed in the Enough is Enough merchandise area so they show as ONE item with a drop down selection box for customers to pick their shirt size. I have them all listed as seperate items for each size but people are not selecting the right listing and continually ordering the wrong size.

I cannot find a way to do this and thought somebody on this forum may have an idea.

This is how I want the listings to look so people simply select their size from a drop down box as below:
http://www.collingwoodfc.com.au/portals/60/collingwood_shop.htm

I simply want one listing saying Mens T-Shirts and one saying Ladies T-Shirts with size selection box (and not one for each size).

Hope someone can help.

Cheers,
Craig
