Need help PLEASE on making all products visible on the one page ??

Hi all,
I have searched the forums and cannot find related topics (maybe I am not searching correctly).

I am trying to find out if anyone knows how I can make products within a category visible on the one page. It allows for 10 products and then goes onto a second page.

Any ideas on how I can get them all on the one page PLEASE !!!

Thanks in Advance for your help !!
