Site Down - Please help!

Can anybody please help - when you visit our site you're greeted with this error:

1016 Can't open file: 'sessions.MYI'. (errno: 130)
in:
[select value from sessions where sesskey = '08da3f1cff42b997ab49c1822cb91114' and expiry > '1319447545']]

Is there anybody that can help me fix this? I'm unable to get hold of our web developer and we'd like it fixed asap.

In phpMyAdmin select the sessions table and do a Repair on it ...

I've already tried this but I'm getting this error:

errno: 130 can be quite a nasty one to fix.

If it were any other table with this error I'd be suggesting you start considering trying to restore from a backup (assuming the mysql repair is unable to fix it), but since this is just the sessions table, my first suggestion would be to drop/delete the contents of this table and run the repair tool again.

If that still doesn't cure the problem take note of the table structure (there are only 3 fields), drop the entire sessions table (not the entire database), and create a new sessions table using the notes that you just took.

The table itself doesn't contain any data that you'll need to recover.

Thanks for your suggestions but I really don't have a clue about MySQL. I can't even see a repair tool whenI log in to the admin panel. I'm hoping the hosting company can fix this for me as it's beyond my scope.
