frontpage header not aligned in IE, all other pages are OK!

My website www.jewels-n-pearls.com is working great in all browsers, EXCEPT in Internet Explorer. The problem is that in the front page everything loads fine at first, but than suddenly the mainwrapper moves approx 40px to the right. On all other pages this is not the case.

My IE_stylesheet contains the following:
#logo{margin-top:110px}
#header-curr-lang {position:relative;top:152px;}
#mainWrapper {position:relative; right:20px; top:-155px;}

I attached 2 images to show the problem.

BTW it's the same in IE7 - didn't get to IE8 and IE9 yet...

It doesn't appear at all in IE8.

If I remove the float: left; from #logo, it appears, but behind the nav bar. You might start there.
