Another "Can't access admin" thread!

Sorry but I have read those that I can find and I still can't access my admin cpanel. I'm getting the Error 404 - Not found message when I try to access admin. The demo store seems to be installed just fine https://www.loonyballoony.co.uk/shop/index.php

I've successfully installed ZC (so it tells me), renamed the admin file, changed the permissions for both config.php files, deleted the htaccess file (as someone said that worked for them) and cleared the cache. I've even tried it in Firefox in case it's an issue with Chrome.

I've installed v1.3.9h and have uploaded it to a Linux based 1&1 server.

Is there anything else I am missing or is this likely to be something 1&1's end?

Linux is case sensitive, so a folder called ADMIN will say 'not found' if you type in admin.

If this is not the case, disregard this.
