Maximum shipping weight in table rate shipping
I am trying to put a maximum shipping rate into a table rate shipping module. If an item is over 44 pounds we want to use a different method of shipping therefore we'd like any shipping cost through the site to be assessed at $0.00 (Free) and the customer would be contacted for alternate shipping information. According to my table rate below any thing that falls between 44lbs and 100lbs should register as $0.00. However, when I place an order through the site that registers as 45lbs, the shipping module doubles the last shipping rate and I get a shipping total of 59.80 :shocking:. It says : Table Rate (2 x 24.75lbs) What is causing this and how can I fix it?

I did put a maximum package weight at 44 lbs. Any help would be appreciated.
