Need to bring back a heading I've removed.

I turned off/deleted/removed (I'm not really sure at this point) the text that originally has the "Congratulations, You've Installed..." right above the "Welcome Guest! Would you...".

I can't figure out what I did, so therefore I can't figure out how to turn the text back on.

Any help would be great, I'm not the most advanced at this, but I can usually fumble my way through things.

The file is includes/languages/english/your_template/index.php
