Attribute Controller suddenly not working

Hi, I have several products that I have had on my site with attributes for some time now. I logged in today to change and add a few attributes and when I go to the attribute controller, select the product I want to change, then go to the "Adding New Attributes" section I try to select the attribute option name to add to the option value and when I do and click insert button, what appears in the option value box is the following text, no matter what attribute I am trying to add, I tried several:

TEXT/UPLOAD FILE [#0] This displays every time I try to add the attribute.:no:

Is there anyone who can help? I really need to add my Christmas Cards to my site for this time of year. Much appreciated.

I have another zen cart site and the attribute controller works fine, so I copy and pasted that .php file to my store files that aren't working and it didn't change anything.

Ok, now, this is odd. I have another URL that I just downloaded and installed Zen Cart to for testing the attribute controller. I added a card and added an option "Business Name" went to the attribute controller to add the "Business Name" option to the card and I was redirected again to admin. This is a brand new install. Zen Cart, please advise why this is not working. I am sure there are tons of people out there that now cannot add attributes, which is an extremely important aspect of the shopping cart. If this can't be rectified, I will have to move to a different shopping cart, which I hate to do.

You have now posted questions and information in three different threads, which will make it difficult for us to know everything relevant; but you have not given details of your system configuration anywhere. Attributes are working fine for most people who are testing v1.5 (if that is what you are doing), so we need to know what is different about your server/site. If you are using v1.3.9, there is no good reason to think other people are suddenly having a new problem.

The first question that needs answering - What version of Zen Cart are you using?
