Shipping mod not calculating rates

I got a zen cart store set up back in August. The shipping mod has worked totally fine but in the last few weeks it has not been working at all. It still comes up but it does not calculate the shipping and it does not show there are any option other than pick up.

So where should I start looking for a problem? I am not very good with computers so I have no clue where to start looking.

I am using version 1.3.9. I just got the site designed and built in August so I have not done any upgrades. I have not encountered any other problems that I know of. The problem first started about 2 maybe 3 weeks ago. The site has been running really well since I brought it live. No bugs till now with the shipping mod. The company the site is hosted with is HostGo.

If you need any other info then let me know. I don't know any more other than this but if you need more info then I can contact the lady that built the site for me.

I hired someone to build my site and she has helped a lot but I do not want to run to her every time I hit a bug, I would like to learn how to work it, if I can. I have worked her enough already.

Been a lot of trouble with USPS lately. Make sure that USPS is activated in Admin - Modules - Shipping and make sure you're doing as described in post #26 here:
