Orders not showing after server upgrade

I just moved my zencart site to a dedicated server and now new orders do not show in the admin and I do not get the order confirmation email.
I do get paid from paypal, weird. Any help is appreciated.

Try uninstalling IPN and install the much more stable Express.

This just happened to me the other day. Check the file permissions on your ipn handler.

Also double check at PP is the URL is correct...I had forgot to change mine. Confirm the URL in the PP module in ZC
