Directories in Documents Side box colapsing - how can I stop that?

I have been using one of the templates made by the late Clyde Jones; Desert Noon. I have been asking several questions in the Desert Noon thread, but now realize why I was not receiving any answers.

I am hoping my question can be answered by someone else.

I have added sub-directories to the Document side box. When you click on the directory heading, "Documents", the box then shows you the cascading sub-directories below. But as soon as you click on something else, the list of sub-directories closes and all you see is the word Documents with no indication that there is anything there.

How do I get this directory to stay open and show all the sub-directories like it does in the Categories Side Box?

No it is still not doing what I want. The entire box closes so that the only thing you see is the word "Documents". Is there a way that I can change the word Documents to say "Care Sheets"??

This is not template-related. You have made a category named Documents; change that category name to whatever you want. If the only documents will be care sheets (or you want care sheets and Services both showing all the time), just move the Bonsai Care Sheets subcat to the top level.
