How can I ask for more information during checkout?
Hello, I want to add something to checkout that would allow someone to check how they want to send us / upload a RX prescription. What would be the best way to do this?
Example Click Here Box,
Send via Fax.
Send via email.
Have us request it from your doctor.
ect.. You get the point.
