How to change "Category title : Page Title" format?

Hello.

I'm using Zen Cart v1.3.9h on one of my sites, and am using also LiteRed (lite_red.zip) template. I did most of the wanted tweaks without problem, but I got stuck with Categories. How and where could I change the format of the category title?

Main page = Page Title
Category: Category name : Page Title

I would like for categories also that only "Category Name" would be seen

example:

main page: "Tilen's Site"
category: "My Music : Tilen's Site"
category need to be like: "My Music"

I searched through the files inside the includes/templates/lite_red/ folder, but found nothing useful so far. Has anyone been in a situation like this before?

All answers very much appreciated.
