changing product preview placement?

1.3.08 - not yet upgraded

you can see active products in my shop here: http://twinmomscraps.com/index.php?main_page=products_new

i would like to eliminate the product date and partial description from the product page. and possibly get 2 product previews per row instead. and just show the product title and price.
is this part of the style sheet coding or can i achieve this in my admin panel?
