People can order but it does not show up
Zen Version v1.3.9h No add ons
I have had an order come through my merchant account. The customer is on here it shows a new customer, the order is not there it shows no orders made this has happened before. The free shipping feature also shows an amount and they still have to pay. Also, when people make an account it shows an error message sending to my e-mail, Could that be I don't have the e-mail portion set up properly linking my e-mail? PLEASE HELP I lose money when this stuff screws up and I can't afford that.
