Is this a template scam?

Hi Everyone,

I have been looking to purchase a template and came across this site
www.zencartwebsite . com/index.php

they have all the same templates as template monster and the other template stores but they are all HALF price,
is that possible?
has anyone purchased from them before? is it a scam?
am i going to pay and get nothing and return?

Yes, most likely a scam.

And, since TM templates are basically already a scam, it's best to steer clear of them anyway.
