Hi I'm using v1.3.9h and last week when I got an order in paypal the order items was there now I just get the amount and nothing else in paypal. PayPal Express Checkout

That's normal. If a discount applies to the order, or if there are any tax or discount or other related rounding errors when attempting to add up all the line-item prices for submission, then those items cannot be submitted because PayPal will reject them. So, instead of preventing the purchase at all, it simply passes the amount over. This is perfectly fine since all the actual official order details are on the order receipt in your store. And, since that's the official "real" order, that's the safest information to rely upon anyway.
