How do I setup for US Sales only?

How do you setup for US Sales only? I need to reconfigure one site to do that.

On my other site, it has a mixture of digital downloads and physical merchandise. International for the digital stuff is ok, but I need to restrict the merchandise. How do I do that?

You can do a search for Restrict Sales to US Only, but I would do that AFTER upgrading to 1.3.9h. 1.3.8a is a security risk for you and your customers.
