Removing categories from header w/o turning off header.

Hello,

I know this title has been discussed before, but I went to that thread and it said it was closed, but I have a question.

I changed my template for my website and I can't find:

/includes/templates/your_template/templates/tpl_modules_categories_tabs.php

because I want text inside the cat-tabs bar.

I know how to remove the links by adding to my stylesheet:

#navCatTabs a {display: none;}

I don't know if the below is located in a different place for the new template that I'm using?

I even tried using firebug and I still couldn't find where it's located at.:unsure:

This is switched on and off in your ADMIN panel, under configuration >>> layout settings >>> Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF

Should I not be messing with the code files? I'm still kind of new at this really not too sure what I'm doing at times.

What I really wanted to do was add my slogan "Look ########, Feel Sensual, Be Seductive" in that bar. Not unless there is some other place to add my slogan?

If you just want a black bar in that location with text on it, you can use the tagline (which you are not currently using), add the text to its definition and style it in your stylesheet. Look in the tutorials for directions for the tagline (or "Header Sales Text").
