1226 User has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 750)

I'm getting this error repeatedly:

1226 User '***' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 75000) [I've replaced the database username with ***]

I've tried rotating DB Users as described at http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24089 , but it doesn't seem to have helped, in fact I'm not sure it has worked at all, as I have not seen any of the new DB user names come up in the error messages.

I am using ZC 1.3.9h and EP 1.2.5.4, if memory serves (I can't log in to ZC at present). Trying to upload inventory (~4000 rows) via EP is clearly triggering the problem. My very first upload was OK, and I did manage to get EP to split the file into 26 parts of 300 records, but all other attempts to upload inventory have caused the error :(

Any ideas what to try next please?

Sorry, I should have said Easy Populate not just EP... Maybe this thread should go to the community add-ons section but I don't know for sure if it is EP that's causing the problem.

I was previously told that most errors are to do with the quality of the data in the data file, but I have been very careful to save it with Notepad++ to avoid Excel inserting unwanted format data, so I think the file should be fine...

Another problem I may as well mention while I've got a thread open - I followed the instructions on http://www.ipage.com/knowledgebase/beta/article.bml?ArticleID=1382&type=How%20To#Nugget_2320 to try to back up my database, but I can't - it just says:

Available Database Backups for z*******n
There are currently no backups for this database.

There's nothing clickable, even when the DB is selected.

The database itself is being mangled somehow, when I dowload the file I can see many products are duplicated - there are 7321 lines where there should be 4112. Where a product is duplicated the second one will always have the wrong category assigned to it.

That's something you'll need to take up with your host, as Zen Cart doesn't do your backups for you.

That sounds like something caused by EP or the way you're using it, or the way you're preparing the files you're using with it.
