unable to sign into Admin page - it's blank!

Hi- I'm at a complete loss! I made a few necessary changes in order for my meta tags to be effective and then several days later - I couldn't sign into the admin area.

I've gone through and done all the suggested things to restore it - to no avail. Please help! I've got pending orders and can't get to them to fulfill and process them.

either will work for you.

the admin page that is giving me the problem is:
http://www.magickmoon.net/backoffice/login.php
it's completely blank.

Any help or suggestions you can give would be so helpful!
