Cant Log in to Admin since server upgrade .....PLEASE HELP

Hi
Im pretty sure that I have to ring my host with this but I would like someone to help with the lingo that I need to make them understand my issue

Last night Digital pacific upgraded to cPanel for the admin of my site (it was a global change, not just my site) and ever seince I have been getting the following message when trying to log inot my admin

0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED in: [select * from project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ] If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

What do I need to ask my host to make sure I get the correct help

thanks in advance

You only need to provide your Hoster with a copy of the error msg. You should not have to educate them nor explain anything. If they cannot fix the problem then best to get a new Hoster.

The learning is in the doing.
