Categorizing the customer orders

Hi i have a zen cart installed on my site. i have configured my cart little bit and on each checkout the customer has the option to select CHARITY organization to whom they are donating 10% of their purchase, i want to categories the orders in admin panel how is it possible? any tutorial for this? e.g i have added 4 charity organizations in drop-down at check out and i get this order in my customer order section of admin panel but i want to sort these orders in 4 different categories according to the charity names so that it will be easy for me to manage the orders.

Please reply any zen cart expert here... i have dropdown menu in cart from where buyer will select one option (charity organization) to whom 10% of his/her payment will be donated. e.g i have 4 organization and i want to sort them in admin area in 4 different categories by their name so all the relevant donations are place in the same category.
