How to install Captcha?

Trying to figure out how to install the Captcha Anti-Robotic Registration module using Zen-Cart version 1.3.8a (I am familiar with Joomla installs of Captcha, but in Zencart it is very different). Did a search in forums but nothing shows up regarding Captcha.

The readme file says:

*CPATCHA FOR ZENCART ver 1.0 for zencart 1.3.x

MODULE DESCRIPTION

The module adds a cpatcha security image on the customer registeration form. With a complete control in the backend
to enable or disable the same.

INSTALLATION

1. Put the files in relevant folders of zencart catalog.

2. install the sql patch using sql patch tool froma admin

3. thats it! and now u have a complete security for your registeration form*

In step 1, it says to install in relevant folders -- Which folders?
I tried installing to root folder on the GoDaddy site for no-knots.com and copying the text from adminconfiguration.sql, but I get nothing on the login registration page or email contact page.

Please help.

You would change the folder name of includes/templates/custom to the name of your template, then drag and drop the includes folder and the captcha.php file from the mod to the root of your site.

Copy the insert statement from the SQL file and paste it into the big box in Admin - Tools - Install SQL Patches and click Send.

One caveat - that mod changes a couple of files that are often modified by other mods, so check to see if you have any of the files from that mod in your override folders already.

Sorry for being so dense, I not sure which folder name to change to accomplish it. Site uses the gracial_age template.
