who's online

Hi I have just upgraded to v1.3.9h and who's online is working but the shopping cart that was on the right telling me what they have put in their shopping cart is missing. any suggestions would be great.

Check that the cart sidebox is activated in Admin - Tools - Layout Boxes Controller and check Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings - Shopping Cart Box Status

yes thy are both activated but I'm on about in the admin who's online and when someone is online and thy are shopping I can see what thy put in the basket.
