Who's Online cart help!

hi, few days in zencart version 1.3.9h I no longer see the cart visible on the right.
I checked in the layout settings and the settings appear correct.

I noticed that the contents of files in the cache is changed from this:

I have already reinstalled zencart but the problem remained.
How can I fix it?

Your webserver uses suhosin, which encrypts session data, thus preventing Zen Cart from being able to snoop inside unsuspecting customers' carts.

If you wish to spy on your customers, you will need to have your hosting company disable the session encryption feature from their server's security settings.

I have 1.3.9h with DB 1.3.9b, webserver is using suhosin (unsure of date suhosin.session.encrypt "ON" began)
This same issue just began yesterday IN ADDITION everyone appears to have something in their cart even if it's not so. I tested with items in my cart and zero items in my cart. Do you know if this is also an issue with suhosin?

Most likely, yes.

I contacted my hosting company and requested they disable the session encryption feature from their server's security settings. The approximately 100 suhosin settings don't appear any different when I view the Admin/Server Settings (though I didn't keep a copy of the settings from yesterday), but now all is working properly again.

I contacted my hosting company for this setting change. They did (at least they said they did) but i still do not see any more cart content. Any other setting needs to be changed, edited or otherwise modified?
