Estimate Shipping Costs non-US city input not disappearing when selecting US.
I'm using the latest version of Zen Cart (1.3.9h). I've have a small bug which I have not been able to figure out.
On the 'Estimate Shipping Costs' there is a drop menu for Country, State/Province then an empty space which is normally reserved for other non-US cities and then the Postal/Zip.
I know it is suppose to disappear when someone chooses United States and then appear when someone selects another country in order to manually input their city. My problem is that I cannot get rid off the bar for the manual entry for the non-US city even if I am using Unites States as the country.
How do I fix it? I hope this made sense...
