Moving Old Database to New Database

Hi I'm starting a new website for the company I work for and am trying to copy their old zen cart database (v.1.37) into the new database that I made for the new site (v.1.39). Does anyone know how do do this? I've looked through the Zen-cart admin page and through PHPmyadmin but couldnt find the answer. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Are you moving to a new server or host? The instructions for moving say not to upgrade in the middle - upgrade before a move or after. In any case, the tutorial on moving to a new host shows the steps for grabbing a copy of your old database.
