no interface under categories/ Products?

Hello everyone.
I have hit an issue, once I log into Admin and I go to the drop downloast under catelogue, I go to Categories and Products. Once I click this I am usually presented with the categories on my site and here I can edit meta tags, description etc

Right now there is just mainly white page, there is the green bar with the words configuration etc its just the categories are not there

could anyone please advise or helo me rectify this situation?

What did you change coincident with the problem emerging? If you changed something, reverse it. If you changed nothing, find out if your host has recently made changes to the server configuration.

I added an app a long while ago which I was hoping would allow me too add additional images, I ended up just using the ftp to direct additional images. I downloaded the app and worked out which files I could remove off the ftp. I removed the files and something went wrong so I reversed

I reversed the situation by placing the files back and now its just the categpries will not show?

The best thing would be to replace those files with fresh copies from a new download (of your version if it's not 1.3.9h). If you have no other admin mods, you could replace the entire admin folder with the fresh set's (except for configure.php).

Oh, and if the admin address you posted was the real one, you now need to change it as it is no longer secret.
